Are you looking for an XBX Fitness App to guide you through the famous Royal Canadian Force XBX fitness and exercise plan? The exercise routine, designed by physician Bill Orban in the late 1950s, uses ten basic exercises for women to train all the muscle groups in just 12 minutes. It includes moves like knee raises, arm-circling, push-ups, sit-ups, chest raises, leg raises, and running and hopping. The workout doesn't require any equipment, which makes it ideal for women with little time and always on the go.

The program has 48 fitness levels, so no matter your fitness level there's a place for everyone to start. Even if you haven't exercised for months, maybe years, the Royal Canadian Air Force XBX exercise plan can lead to exercise. Each day, you select a fitness level to perform. You progress to the next level at your own pace or until you can't move up a level or reach your desired fitness goal.

Just open the XBX Fitness App, go to your workout library and select the XBX Chart and workout level to perform. Review the workout in an easy to read summary. Press "Perform Workout" and follow the step-by-step voice and video cues. The app will do everything for you, except sweat. No need to remember what to do, when to do it, or how many to do. The app even records your performance with the tap of a button. Best of all, as with any TriadXP mobile-exercise program, you can customize your workout to fit your needs and circumstances.
